If you’ve been in the fitness industry for a while you may know about all the necessary supplements needed to help with muscle recovery. If you are new to fitness this post will be perfect for you. The most important is post workout protein. Your body needs protein to help the muscles you’ve torn during your workout. Adding a shake, protein bar, or a high protein meal to the end of your workout allows the proteins to get to work right away in repairing the muscle tissue. This allows the muscles to build and become larger and stronger. Its best to also use a BCAA or amino acid supplement pre, intra, or post workout. This allows your body to stay hydrated and replenish vitamins and electrolytes lost in sweat while also assisting in the protein synthesis.
